Welcome to our shop.
At Powter’s, we offer more than award winning sausages. Our skilled Master Butchers, freshly prepare an exciting selection of joints, oven ready meals as well as traditional cuts of meat.

We regularly inspect all our suppliers, and our meat is non- intensively reared on small local farms, where animal welfare is a priority. Because our animals grow more slowly than modern commercial breeds, the meat develops a more distinctive taste, recognized by leading chefs.

We Sell
Prized pedigree Gloucestershire Old Spots Pork – for the ultimate flavour and superb crackling.
Traditional breeds provide beef, which is dry-aged for 28 days to give tenderness, succulence and flavour. From spring 2009 we will be selling our own home produced pedigree welsh black beef.
