Succulent British pork sausages. The Original Newmarket Sausage, which is a ‘PGI’ or protected food name.  This is your guarantee that it has been made within the defined Newmarket geographical area using traditional methods to our high quality specification and our recipe dating back to the 1880’s.

It has a meaty texture with a distinctly peppery taste which is balanced by aromatic nutmeg and herbs to give the famous unique flavour.

Pork(70%), water, rusk (wheatflour,water,salt,raising agent E503), salt, spices, herbs, preservative (sodium sulphite), sodium phosphate, natural flavouring, natural skins.
