Selling Hotdogs? -Its Rocket Science!

We are operating our concession on Newmarket’s two racecourses again this year, selling POWTERS famous Newmarket Sausage hotdogs, with our own special hand made relishes. The 50’s style ‘Retro Rocket’ has been specially designed for us and is based on the iconic American Airstream caravan. We will also be offering three of our most popular speciality sausage varieties, all made to award winning recipes by Powters: Cider & Sage, our new Southern Smokey BBQ sausage (the ‘SSB’) as well as our own handmade ‘Rocket Burger’ made with prime ground beef.  The catering trailer is available for private hire for weddings and functions and is operated by Blackboard Catering Ltd. – a subsidiary of Powters.
